VIDEO ANALYSIS…EVALUATION…TRAINING

 If the goal is to be your best and you have the drive to get there, then don’t wait any longer. Practice doesn’t make perfect, perfect practice does!  The longer an athlete does something incorrectly the harder it is to change. Depending on where you live and the level you play and the coaching (and it varies) available; technique and skill implementation could be a major issue. So many athletes are frustrated and they don’t know how to fix fundamental execution problems.  Our group of professionals will be able to provide a level of feedback that can not only address the most obvious and glaring problems but also address the more subtle problems as well.

Some fixes are obvious, and easy but some are subtle intricate issues that are not only harder to pinpoint, but can be harder to fix. Vital Armour’s V.I.P.  program has different levels of analysis that can fit the level, skill, and overall urgency of any athlete.  Not only is this unique but our commitment is as well. This is not a generic fix of a general problem. You can search online and get some help, but you can also get even more confused with the different approaches and solutions. You need one voice specific to your issue and situation. This is an in-depth look at a particular skill and or fundamental.  Don’t guess, don’t put any more time or money into your training, or club team until you have your skills fixed!

Vital Armour’s  V.I.P. program doesn’t stop at the video analysis. This is where it begins. Depending on the program that you sign up for each athlete can get an entire workout program that can address some of the weaknesses an athlete has that could be a major reason for what is causing the problem. This is a complete program, don’t do one with out the other. Don’t let your ego, your parents or your coaches ego get in the way. Get the help you deserve.

4. Down Load Hudl technique app (free)
   • To view analysis frame by frame
   • Possible delivery of desired video to experts

6. Analysis is carried out

7. Game Plan to fix
   • Detail on what the problem is

  • Submit 3 short videos of exact skill to be analysed (hitting, fielding, throwing, running etc  1 GAME ANALYSIS CAN BE SUBMITED)

  • Send videos to vitalarmour@gmail.com or to 970 591-2117 depending on method chosen (once signed up each client will receive detailed instruction from vitalarmour@gmail.com)
  • Get Free Hudl Techniques app (may be able to send from Hudl if video loaded into Hudl from client)
  • Vital Armour professionals will look at video in Hudl and analyze frame by frame.
  • Performance enhancement analysis will be performed
  • Detailed description of issue (issues) and solution will be made and sent to the client via email  and through Hudl Technique.
  • Extra videos, demonstration provided through vitalarmour.com system
